This small and tranquil waterfall is located in the Meltham greenway, a former railway in West Yorkshire. According to legend the falls is named after someone who used to live nearby, who threw herself off the falls after being dumped by her lover. Folly Dolly Falls is approximately 10m high and formed from gritstone and shale. The waterfall is only a short walk from the Meltham village centre. Although the greenway is well paved there is a slight scramble to get down to the falls.
